Extension Facilities definition

Extension Facilities means the Extension Revolving Facilities and Extension Term Facilities, as applicable.
Extension Facilities. The term "Extension Facilities" shall mean the 12-inch mains and appurtenant facilities extending from GTN's mainline facilities at Milepost 304.25 and the 16-inch and 12-inch mains and appurtenant facilities extending from GTN's Mainline Facilities at Milepost 599.20 that were authorized in Docket No. CP93-618-000. The term "Extension Facility" shall mean one of the Extension Facilities.

More Definitions of Extension Facilities

Extension Facilities means the electrical facilities, including conductors, cables, transformers, and related equipment, installed solely to serve an individual applicant or groups of applicants. For example, the Extension Facilities to serve a Residential Subdivision would consist of the line extension required to connect the subdivision to Company’s existing system as well as Company’s electrical facilities constructed within the subdivision which would include primary and service lines, and transformers.

Related to Extension Facilities

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Common Facility Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry meeting room and or car park.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Acquisition Facility the Acquisition Facility Commitments and the extensions of credit thereunder.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Permitted Facility means a facility authorized by the general permit to discharge total nitrogen or

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Term Facilities means the Term A Facility and the Term B Facility.
