Extension Overtime definition

Extension Overtime means overtime work performed prior to or at the conclusion of and continuous with the Normal Work Day and is paid at prevailing overtime rates.
Extension Overtime means time which is worked as an extension of the Employees' rostered shift. Fair Work means the Fair Work Commission as established under the Fair Work Act. Fair Work Act means the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) as amended or replaced.
Extension Overtime means overtime work performed prior to or at the conclusion of and continuous with the Normal Work Day. Scheduled Overtime for employees who are not in the linetrade means overtime work on a normal work day or on a scheduled day off, for which the employee has received hours or more notice prior to the commencement thereof. Failure to provide or more hours notice will result in the overtime being classed as Call-Out Overtime. Scheduled Overtime for employees in the linetrade (power line technician, lead power line technician, customer service representative or general xxxxxxx) means overtime work for a planned interruption on a normal work day or overtime work on a scheduled day off, for which the employee has received hours or more notice prior to the commencement thereof. Failure to provide or more hours notice will result in the overtime being classed as Call- Out Overtime.

Examples of Extension Overtime in a sentence

  • Failure to provide twelve (12) or more hours notice will result in the overtime being classed as either Unscheduled Extension Overtime or Call-Out Overtime.

  • Failure to provide twelve (12) or more hours’ notice will result in the overtime being classed as either Unscheduled Extension Overtime or Call-Out Overtime.

  • Extension Overtime Work performed outside normal scheduled hours as a continuation of the normal work day, without interruption, for which prior notice will not be required.

  • Extension Overtime means time which is worked as an extension of theemployees' rostered shift.

  • In any event when the Extension Overtime work exceeds two (2) hours the following shall apply: 2nd meal allowance - when overtime work exceeds four (4) hours 3rd meal allowance - when overtime work exceeds eight (8) hours When a shift employee or an employee on “variance from the Master Work Schedule” is called in to work prior to commencement of his or her regular shift they will be considered to be working extension overtime and will be entitled to an overtime meal.

  • Unscheduled Extension Overtime means pre-approved overtime work performed prior to or at the conclusion of and continuous with the Normal Work Day for which the employee has received less than twelve (12) hours of notice.
