Exterior Area definition

Exterior Area is defined in Section 2.2.
Exterior Area means and refer to those areas of the Property which the Association shall maintain or otherwise operate. These Exterior Areas may be Association property, an association maintenance Area or part of the Unit, but assigned to the Association for maintenance or operation.
Exterior Area means an area that is not structurally enclosed.

  • Exterior Area Preparation All furniture, toys, and personal items will be removed from the project area.The ground, surfaces, and large items (i.e. playground equipment) will be covered with 6-mil polyethylene sheeting to prevent release of lead into the environment.If the exterior work is extensive, proper containment (i.e., erecting plastic sheeting around the work area) will be used.

  • Any costs incurred by Landlord in connection with the repair and maintenance of the roof, any Building systems and/or Exterior Area shall be considered an Operating Cost to the extent set forth in, and paid by Tenant in accordance with, Section 4 above.

  • During the performance of the Exterior Area Renovation, Landlord may close and prevent access to the Exterior Areas and impose such reasonable rules and restrictions regarding the use of the Exterior Areas as necessary to accommodate the Exterior Areas Renovation; provided, Landlord shall provide Tenant with reasonable access to the Premises and reasonable parking during the performance of the Exterior Areas Renovation.

  • Immediately following the Executive Summary, the report shall present a Site Drawing which identifies the orientation of the site andidentifies each Exterior Area and Functional Space as designated during the survey and inspection.


More Definitions of Exterior Area

Exterior Area means the parking lots, access drives, sidewalks, patios, lawn and landscaped areas, open spaces, and other adjacent areas located on the Site outside of the Building, and any other exterior areas as defined and determined by the City and the YMCA.
Exterior Area means the areas outside the Building designated as “Exterior Area” as set forth on Exhibit “A”, attached hereto.

Related to Exterior Area

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Floor Area means the Floor Area shown on the preliminary participation quota as per Annexure C;

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Building system means plans, specifications and docu- mentation for a system of manufactured building or for a type or a system of building components, which may include structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and variations which are sub- mitted as part of the building system.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Gross Floor Area means the total floor area, measured between the outside of exterior walls or between the outside of exterior walls and the centre line of party walls dividing the building from another building, of all floors above the average level of finished ground adjoining the building at its exterior walls;

  • The Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Interior lot means a lot other than a corner lot.

  • Roof means a non-porous cover for a structure such as (by way of example and not limitation) Lexan barriers or shingles but not a shade trellis, ivy or other open or porous material that may also be used as a cover.

  • Rentable Area of Premises on Page 1 of the Lease shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Rentable Area when applied to the Premises, is that area equal to the usable area of the Premises, plus an equitable allocation of Rentable Area within the Building that is not then utilized or expected to be utilized as usable area, including that portion of the Building devoted to corridors, equipment rooms, restrooms, elevator lobby, atrium and mailroom.
