Extra Work Order definition

Extra Work Order or "EWO" means a written authorization to perform Extra Work signed by the SPOC prior to the performance of such Extra Work, which EWO shall be in such form as may be prescribed by Ameren.
Extra Work Order means a written description ofExtra Work” prepared by the City Engineer and issued to the Contractor pursuant to Appendix B, Clause 46.0 – Extra Work.
Extra Work Order shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 11 of this Part II.

  • A Variation Order may either be in the form of a Change Order or Extra Work Order.

  • The Port Manager or equivalent official concerned, upon receipt of the proposed Change Order or Extra Work Order shall immediately instruct the technical staff of the Port Management Office to conduct an on-the-spot investigation to verify the need for the work to be prosecuted.

  • All force account work shall be recorded and tracked daily upon Time and Material Tentative Extra Work Order report sheets furnished by the Contractor to the Engineer and signed by both parties, which daily reports shall thereafter be considered the true record of force account work done.

Related to Extra Work Order

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.

  • Scope of Works means the sections of the RFQ detailing the technical requirements of the work to be carried out as existing at the Date of Acceptance of the Quotation and any modification of such Works thereafter directed or the use of which has been permitted by the Superintendent for the purposes of the Contract.
