Extraordinary Meeting definition

Extraordinary Meeting a meeting, attended in person or over a conference call, held by the Parties in an attempt to resolve the Dispute in good faith in accordance with paragraphs 2.5 and 2.6 of this Call Off Schedule 11;
Extraordinary Meeting means a meeting held pursuant to Article 23 of the Convention;
Extraordinary Meeting means a meeting of a subcommittee established by the Board; an intergovernmental meeting; an SCRD Strategic Planning meeting; or a special meeting that has been deemed as such by Board resolution.

Examples of Extraordinary Meeting in a sentence

  • Either Party may hold an Extraordinary Meeting by serving written notice.

  • If the Dispute is not resolved at the Extraordinary Meeting then the Parties may attempt to hold additional Extraordinary Meetings in an attempt to resolve the Dispute.

  • The written notice must give the receiving party at least five (5) Working Days notice of when the Extraordinary Meeting is to take place.

  • The representatives of the Parties attending the Extraordinary Meeting shall use their best endeavours to resolve the Dispute.
