Facility Maintenance Payment definition

Facility Maintenance Payment has the meaning set out in Schedule 8 [Payments];
Facility Maintenance Payment means the payment described in Section 2.1(i) of this Schedule;
Facility Maintenance Payment has the meaning set out in Section 1.1(c) of Schedule 8 [Payments]; “Failure” means an Unavailability Event or a Service Failure;

  • The parties acknowledge that for each Contract Year the Other Site Service Payment and the Facility Maintenance Payment, as applicable, include as an allowance the amount applicable to that Contract Year as indicated in the table in Section 8.2(g) of Schedule 4 [Services Protocols and Specifications] as the maximum amount of Miscellaneous Occupant Request Services for that Contract Year.

  • The parties acknowledge that each of the Other Site Service Payment and the Facility Maintenance Payment include an amount of $36,000 (Index Linked) in aggregate for each full 12 month Contract Year, and pro-rated for shorter Contract Years, as an allowance for Snow Clearing Costs, with an annual reconciliation.

  • If at any time the amount of the shortfall in the portion of the allowance paid to such time in the Contract Year (as part of either the Other Site Service Payment or Facility Maintenance Payment as applicable) exceeds $125,000 (Index Linked), Project Co may require the Authority to replenish the allowance such that the shortfall does not exceed such amount.


More Definitions of Facility Maintenance Payment

Facility Maintenance Payment means the payment described in Section 2.6(c) of this Schedule; “Functional Unit” means a room or space which is specified as such in Appendix 8A to this Schedule;

Related to Facility Maintenance Payment

  • AMPS Basic Maintenance Amount, as of any Valuation Date, means the dollar amount equal to (i) the sum of (A) the product of the number of shares of AMPS and Other AMPS Outstanding on such Valuation Date multiplied by the sum of (a) $25,000 and (b) any applicable redemption premium attributable to the designation of a Premium Call Period; (B) the aggregate amount of cash dividends (whether or not earned or declared) that will have accumulated for each share of AMPS and Other AMPS Outstanding, in each case, to (but not including) the end of the current Dividend Period that follows such Valuation Date in the event the then current Dividend Period will end within 49 calendar days of such Valuation Date or

  • Yield Maintenance Amount means, with respect to any Note, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Discounted Value of the Called Principal of such Note over the sum of (i) such Called Principal plus (ii) interest accrued thereon as of (including interest due on) the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal. The Yield-Maintenance Amount shall in no event be less than zero.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Yield Maintenance Premium means the amount (if any) which, when added to the remaining principal amount of this Note, will be sufficient to purchase U.S. Obligations providing the required Scheduled Defeasance Payments; and

  • Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (see Contract Schedule I) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Current Value on each anniversary of the date the Account is established and upon surrender of the entire Account.

  • Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Spread Maintenance Premium means, with respect to any payment or prepayment, an amount equal to the product of the following: (i) the LIBOR Margin, the Alternate Rate Spread or the Base Rate Spread then applicable to each such future installment of interest, multiplied by (ii) the principal amount of the Loan so prepaid, and multiplied by (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days following the date through which interest on the prepaid amount has been paid through and including December 14, 2019, and the denominator of which is 360.

  • Yield Maintenance Period means the period from and including the date of this Note until but not including the Scheduled Initial Maturity Date.

  • Maintenance Outage means a time period during which Seller plans to reduce the Power Output of the Power Product, in full or in part, in order to facilitate maintenance work on the Generating Facility, other than a Major Overhaul.

  • Yield Maintenance Charge With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan, the yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium, if any, payable under the related Note in connection with certain prepayments.

  • Non-Availability Charges has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Scheduled Maintenance means any adjustment, repair, removal, disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of components or systems required by the manufacturer which is performed on a periodic basis to prevent part failure or equipment or engine malfunction, or anticipated as necessary to correct an overt indication of malfunction or failure for which periodic maintenance is not appropriate.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Maintenance Margin means the minimum amount of money required in your Trading Account as specified on the Trading Platform in order to keep a Transaction open on the Trading Platform.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Facility Fees has the meaning provided in Section 2.11(a).

  • Yield Maintenance Account The separate trust account maintained and held by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.16, which account shall bear a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held in trust for the benefit of the Trust on behalf of the Class A Certificateholders, and which account provides that the Trustee may make, or cause to be made, withdrawals therefrom in accordance with Section 3.16.

  • Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Availability Payment means the payment to Owner described in Section 8.1 for Condition 1 and 8.2 for Condition 2.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under Section 175A of the CAA, as amended.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.
