Facility Sites definition

Facility Sites means the real property on which the Facilities are located as set forth in Exhibit I.
Facility Sites means each and any of the sites for construction, upgrading or refurbishment of urban infrastructure of the Recipient under Outputs 2, 3, or 4 of the Project in accordance with the Candidate Subproject Selection Criteria;
Facility Sites means all those parcels of land (and improvements thereon and thereto) in the Territory on, under and through which the Facilities will be located, including the Rights to Land and the temporary and permanent pipeline corridor and all other land or interests in land which must be acquired and controlled regarding the Work.

More Definitions of Facility Sites

Facility Sites has the meaning set forth in Section 10.24(d).
Facility Sites means the land, improvements, additions, alterations and installations of the Arlington Facility and the Prospect Facility. Unless context requires otherwise, the term "Facilities" shall encompass Facility Sites.
Facility Sites means each Facility Site as defined in Appendix A to each of the Participation Agreements.
Facility Sites means the real property described in Appendix 1 upon which the Facilities are located.
Facility Sites means, individually or collectively as the context may require, (i) the Tiverton Site or (ii) the Rumford Site.

Related to Facility Sites

  • Facility Site means the site described in Schedule B. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.
