Facility Work Force definition

Facility Work Force means employees of Operator or its Affiliates who shall perform Services and who are employed on-Site at the Facility.
Facility Work Force means employees of Contractor or Contractor subcontractors having their regular place of work at the Site who perform the Operation Services and/or Routine Maintenance Services described in Section 2.10 and 2.11 respectively and as better detailed in Exhibit F.
Facility Work Force shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit C hereto, provided that the size and nature of the Facility Work Force do not deviate in any material respect from those described in the Operator Proposal, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Examples of Facility Work Force in a sentence

  • Operator shall be responsible for the payment of actual wages and salaries of the Facility Work Force for the performance of the Services, including compensation, payroll taxes, benefits, insurance and other terms and conditions of employment and shall be reimbursed by Owner therefor pursuant to Article V.

  • The Operator shall not change the organizational structure or staffing plan of the Facility Work Force without the consent of Owner, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

  • A temporary stopping of the Operations Phase services which, at Contractor's option, may include removal of some or all of the Facility Work Force from the Facility Site.

  • The benefits, incentive pay and insurance provided for the Facility Work Force shall be commensurate with the benefits of other non-union employees of Operator and its Affiliates.

  • This maintenance will be performed by the Facility Work Force to the point that such work is within its general skill level and as operating duties permit; if not, Routine Maintenance may be performed as Purchased Supplies and Services, or as a Direct Subcontract.

  • Contractor will provide coordination between the Facility Work Force and contractors selected for a Planned or Unplanned Maintenance event.

  • Any person, firm, or corporation and the legal or personal representative, successor or assign of such party, which contracts with Contractor to perform work (other than the Facility Work Force), in connection with this Agreement, including, without limitation, any component of General Electric Company.

  • Unplanned Maintenance will normally be performed by a subcontractor but may be performed by the Facility Work Force if within its general skill level and as operating duties permit.

  • During such maintenance, the work performed by the Facility Work Force shall not be included in the firm price, estimate, or billing for Planned Maintenance unless such work is performed outside their regularly scheduled work hours.

Related to Facility Work Force

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • New Work means any Services/Deliverables outside the scope of the Contract and not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.

  • Customer Facility means Generation Facilities or Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to an Interconnection Request under Subpart A of Tariff, Part IV. Customer Interconnection Facilities:

  • Project Work has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.03.

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Shift Work is defined as the same work performed by two or more employees or two or more successive sets or groups of employees working successive periods.

  • Research facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, used or to be used primarily for research or experimentation to improve or develop new tangible goods or materials or to improve or develop the production processes thereto.

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes an amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.

  • The Work means each and every activity required for the successful performance of the services described in Section II, the Terms of Reference.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Stop Work Order is defined in Appendix B. “Term” comprises the Initial Term and any Option Terms.

  • Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;

  • Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.

  • Supplier Agreement means this overarching agreement, consisting of these terms and conditions and any schedules to them, setting out the arrangements for management of the DPS, the process to apply when a Customer wishes to award Service Agreements via the DPS and the terms and conditions applicable to the carrying out of Service Agreements;

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.

  • Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.
