Tenant shall pay for all damage to the Premises, Building and Land caused by Tenant or Tenant’s Agents. Tenant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Landlord and Landlord’s Agents from any Claims arising as a result of the Tenant Alterations or any defect in design, material or workmanship of any Tenant Alterations, excluding Claims for defective workmanship (but not design) if and to the extent that the Landlord performed the work.

  • Employment benefits means all benefits provided or made
