Fallback Index Cessation Effective Date definition

Fallback Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of a Fallback Index Cessation Event, the first date on which the Applicable Fallback Rate is no longer provided. If the Applicable Fallback Rate ceases to be provided on the same day that it is required to determine the base rate for an interest period pursuant to the terms of an applicable series of CDOR notes but it was provided at the time at which it is to be observed pursuant to the terms and provisions of such series of CDOR notes (or, if no such time is specified in the terms and provisions of such series, at the time at which it is ordinarily published), then the Fallback Index Cessation Effective Date will be the next day on which the rate would ordinarily have been published.
Fallback Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of a Fallback Index Cessation Event, the first date on which the Applicable Fallback Rate is no longer provided. If the Applicable Fallback Rate is Modified EDFR, references to the Applicable Fallback Rate in this definition of “Fallback Index Cessation Effective Date” shall be deemed to be references to the index, benchmark or other price source that is referred to in the definition of Modified EDFR.

  • €STR Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of an €STR Index Cessation Event, the first date on which €STR is no longer provided by the European Central Bank (or any successor administrator of €STR), as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent;

  • Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of an Index Cessation Event, the first date on which the Applicable Rate is no longer provided. If the Applicable Rate ceases to be provided on the same day that it is required to determine the rate for an Interest Determination Date but it was provided at the time at which it is to be observed (or, if no such time is specified, at the time at which it is ordinarily published), then the Index Cessation Effective Date will be the next day on which the rate would ordinarily have been published; and

  • ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of an ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event, the first date on which the ECB Recommended Rate is no longer provided, as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent;

  • SOFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the SOFR), ceases to publish the SOFR, or the date as of which the SOFR may no longer be used.

  • SOFR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • €STR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events, as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent:

  • OBFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of an OBFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the OBFR), ceases to publish the OBFR, or the date as of which the OBFR may no longer be used.

  • OBFR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • Index Cessation Event means, with respect to an Applicable Benchmark, (a) a public statement or publication of information by or on behalf of the Administrator of the Applicable Benchmark announcing that it has ceased or will cease to provide the Applicable Benchmark permanently or indefinitely, provided that, at the time of the statement or publication, there is no successor administrator or provider, as applicable, that will continue to provide the Applicable Benchmark; or (b) a public statement or publication of information by the regulatory supervisor for the Administrator of the Applicable Benchmark, the central bank for the currency of the Applicable Benchmark, an insolvency official with jurisdiction over the Administrator for the Applicable Benchmark, a resolution authority with jurisdiction over the Administrator for the Applicable Benchmark or a court or an entity with similar insolvency or resolution authority over the Administrator for the Applicable Benchmark, which states that the Administrator of the Applicable Benchmark has ceased or will cease to provide the Applicable Benchmark permanently or indefinitely, provided that, at the time of the statement or publication, there is no successor administrator or provider that will continue to provide the Applicable Benchmark.

  • ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events, as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent:

  • Cessation Date means the date of Participant’s Termination of Service (regardless of the reason for such termination).

  • Plan Effective Date means the “Effective Date” as defined in the Plan of Reorganization.

  • Index Call Event means each of the following events:

  • Effective Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10(b) hereof.

  • Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).
