Family Tree definition

Family Tree means an intellectual property of the Patron that is an institution of the VIP. It refers to a system used to grow the membership of the VIP and or promote its ventures. It identifies who has invited whom into the VIP and or any venture of the VIP. The inviter is known as the “Parent” and the invitee is known as the “Child”. Parents may access certain privileges and or incentives. The most senior Parent of the Family Tree is the “Pinnacle”, and shall be held by the Patron or its assignee.
Family Tree shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1(c)
Family Tree means your entire team, beginning with the person whose mentor is Home Office, and all the way down. Home Office means the corporate office for Stella & Dot Family Brands. Host or Hostess means an individual who hosts or is a Hostess for a Sales Event. Host or Hostess Rewards means the rewards a Hostess or Host earns when a Sales Event she/he hosts Qualifies. Inventory Loading is the practice of purchasing and maintaining excessive inventory. Lounge means your applicable Business Owner web portal, which you obtain access to once you sign the Business Owner Agreement and purchase a Starter Kit for any of the Stella & Dot Family Brands. This is where Business Owners find Business Owner training materials, view their sales history, enter customer orders, and more. Marketing Materials means the advertising, marketing and informational materials that Stella & Dot Family Brands provides to its Independent Business Owners from time to time, including but not limited to, our Look Books, Product Detail Guides and Opportunity Brochures. Mentor is any Upline Leader, including your direct sponsor. Mystery Hostess An Independent Business Owner personally hosting a Sales Event without disclosing the Host or Hostess prior to the event and promoting a giveaway of Hostess Rewards to those who attend. NQL means Next Qualifying Leader, or the Upline Business Owner who has qualified to receive a Roll-up Business Owner.

  • Family Trust means, with respect to any natural Person, a trust, limited partnership or limited liability company benefiting solely such individual and/or the Family Members of such individual.

  • Family home or "family residence" means the location or portion of a location where the applicant and his or her family reside, and may include basements and attics. It does not include other structures that are separate from the home but are considered part of the overall premises, such as adjacent apartments, unattached basements in multi-unit buildings, unattached garages, and other unattached buildings.

  • Family Trusts means, with respect to any individual, trusts or other estate planning vehicles established for the benefit of Family Members of such individual and in respect of which such individual serves as trustee or in a similar capacity.

  • Family farm corporation means a corporation founded for the purpose of farming agricultural land in which the majority of the voting stock is held by and the majority of the stockholders are persons or the spouse of persons related to each other within the fourth degree of kinship, according to the rules of the civil law, and at least one of the related persons is residing on or actively operating the farm, and none of whose stockholders are a corporation.   • Family child care home means a private home in which 1 but fewer than 7 minor children are received for care and supervision for compensation for periods of less than 24 hours a day, unattended by a parent or legal guardian, except children related to an adult member of the household by blood, marriage, or adoption. Family child care home includes a home in which care is given to an unrelated minor child for more than 4 weeks during a calendar year. A family child care home does not include an individual providing babysitting services for another individual. As used in this subparagraph, "providing babysitting services" means caring for a child on behalf of the child's parent or guardian if the annual compensation for providing those services does not equal or exceed $600.00 or an amount that would according to the internal revenue code of 1986 obligate the child's parent or guardian to provide a form 1099-MISC to the individual for compensation paid during the calendar year for those services.

  • Family violence means conduct as defined by S.7 of the Family Violence Act 2004.

  • Family leave means a leave of absence from employment for one (1) of the following reasons: (1) The serious illness of an eligible employee; or (2) the serious illness of a member of an eligible employee’s immediate family. Family day homes serving five through 12 children, exclusive of the provider's own children and any children who reside in the home, shall be licensed. However, no family day home shall care for more than four children under the age of two, including the provider's own children and any children who reside in the home, unless the family day home is licensed or voluntarily registered. However, a family day home where the children in care are all related to the provider by blood or marriage shall not be required to be licensed.

  • Family Group means with respect to any individual, such individual’s current or former spouse, their respective parents, descendants of such parents (whether natural or adopted) and the spouses of such descendants, any trust, limited partnership, corporation or limited liability company established solely for the benefit of such individual or such individual’s current or former spouse, their respective parents, descendants of such parents (whether natural or adopted) or the spouses of such descendants.

  • Family Unit means the Employee and his or her Dependents covered under the Plan.

  • Multi-family housing means a building or structure that is designed to house two (2) or more different households in separate housing Units which have full kitchen facilities including oven/range, refrigerator, kitchen sink with hot and cold water supply and food storage facilities and at least one (1) full bathroom facility(s), one (1) full bedroom and one (1) living area (including a combination thereof such as studio arrangements).

  • Lineal Descendant means a child, grandchild, great grandchild, etc., and shall include only lineal descendants by and through birth, or by legal adoption of an individual who has not attained age 18. The term shall also include individuals so born or adopted after the date of this Agreement.

  • Family or “family member” means your spouse, and any child, stepchild, parent, or parent-in-law who receives more than one-half of his or her support from you or from whom you receive more than one-half of your support.

  • Family income means all income that is included in a determination of family income under section 143(f) of the internal revenue code, 26 USC 143(f), together with the income of all adults who will reside in the residence, which income might otherwise be excluded from consideration because the individual was not expected to both live in the residence and be primarily or secondarily liable on the mortgage note.

  • Older person means an individual who is at least fifty-five (55) years of age and qualified to reside in a Housing For Older Persons Project.
