Feature Performance definition

Feature Performance means any performance that is either a principal focus of audience attention, such as a song or other musical composition, whether performed “live” or by means of a recording, or other feature musical subject matter on a radio program that is not a performance as a theme or signature, bridge, cue or background music, Jingle, or in conjunction with an advertising, promotional, or public service announcement or logo.
Feature Performance means any performance which is a principal focus of audience attention and which constitutes a Musical Subject Matter on a radio or television program and is not performance as a Theme, Jingle, Background Music, Cue Music or Bridge Music, or in conjunction with advertising, promotional or public service announcement or a logo. A Visual Instrumental or Visual Vocal Performance shall be presumed to be a feature performance unless such performance is as a Theme or a Jingle or in conjunction with anadvertising, promotional or public service announcement or logo or is not a principal focus of audience attention.

Examples of Feature Performance in a sentence

  • Every Program Period that contains a Feature Performance shall be listed on the report, even if the music falls into one of the exempt categories enumerated herein.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.
