Federal Award Date definition

Federal Award Date means the date when the federal award is signed by the authorized official of the federal awarding agency.
Federal Award Date. This is the date that the Federal Granting Agency official signed the award to the State Granting Agency.
Federal Award Date means the date that this Award Agreement is signed by and determined to be effective by the CDFI Fund. The Federal Award Date is inserted by the CDFI Fund on the signature page of this Award Agreement.

  • Federal Award means an award of Federal financial assistance or a cost-reimbursement contract under the Federal Acquisition Requirements by a Federal Awarding Agency to a Recipient. “Federal Award” also means an agreement setting forth the terms and conditions of the Federal Award. The term does not include payments to a contractor or payments to an individual that is a beneficiary of a Federal program.
