Fee Option definition

Fee Option means the choice of an Upfront Fee or Completion Fee or combination of the both;
Fee Option means the fee option selected under Clause 10.2 in relation to the use of Remote Maps and/or Loaded Maps as set out in Annex 9;
Fee Option means any option available to a contractholder under an IVIC which results in there being several sets of fees and charges applicable in respect of a particular segregated fund.

  • Shoe Option means the Initial Purchasers’ option to purchase up to seventy five million dollars ($75,000,000) aggregate principal amount of additional Notes as provided for in the Purchase Agreement.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Stock Option means a contractual right granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6 hereof to purchase shares of Common Stock at such time and price, and subject to such conditions, as are set forth in the Plan and the applicable Award Agreement.

  • Reload Option means any Option granted under Section 6(a)(iv) of the Plan.

  • Rollover Option has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Nonqualified Option means any Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.

  • Replacement Option has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2(c).

  • Unvested Option means an Option in respect of which the relevant Vesting Conditions have not been satisfied and as such, the Option Grantee has not become eligible to exercise the Option.

  • Approved 102 Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 102(b) of the Ordinance and held in trust by a Trustee for the benefit of the Optionee.

  • Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c) hereof.

  • Substitute Option means an Option granted in substitution for, or upon the conversion of, an option granted by another entity to purchase equity securities in the granting entity.

  • Incentive Option means an Option which by its terms is to be treated as an “incentive stock option” within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.

  • Termination Option means the option of either party to terminate a transaction in the event that the other party fails to perform a Firm obligation to deliver Gas in the case of Seller or to receive Gas in the case of Buyer for a designated number of days during a period as specified on the applicable Transaction Confirmation.

  • Option Grant Date means, as to any Stock Option, the latest of:

  • SAR means a stock appreciation right granted under the Plan.

  • Tandem Appreciation Right means an Appreciation Right granted pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan that is granted in tandem with an Option Right.
