Examples of FFB Advance Request in a sentence

  • Without limiting the generality of Section 9.6, no Credit Party shall have any liability to the Borrower or any Affiliate thereof or to any other Credit Party solely arising from the issuance of or failure to issue any FFB Advance Request Approval Notice, Drawstop Notice, or any other notice contemplated by this Section 2.4.

  • None of (x) the signing of any FFB Advance Request Approval Notice by DOE, (y) DOE’s forwarding any FFB Advance Request Approval Notice, FFB Advance Request or Advance Notice to FFB or (z) the making of any Advance under the Loan Documents shall be deemed an approval or acceptance by any Secured Party of any work, labor, supplies, materials or equipment furnished or supplied with respect to the Project.

  • Such funds shall be applied as specified in the applicable FFB Advance Request; provided, however, that if any Drawstop Notice has been issued and is in effect on the Requested Advance Date with respect to any funds received by the Administrative Agent in its capacity as the Collateral Agent, such funds shall be applied pursuant to Section 2.4.3(c).

  • Pursuant to Article 2, FFB shall have received, in accordance with the FFB Credit Facility Documents, the FFB Advance Request signed by the Borrower, together with the FFB Advance Request Approval Notice signed by DOE.

Related to FFB Advance Request

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
