FF&E Note definition

FF&E Note shall have the meaning set forth in the Operating Lease.
FF&E Note. The promissory note(s) made by Lessee to Lessor and/or Affiliates of Lessor, substantially in the form of Exhibit "D" attached hereto, which evidences the consideration for acquiring certain personal property at the Leased Property and/or the Other Properties.
FF&E Note means that certain Promissory Note dated as of April 29, 1998 by MHI Leasco Dallas, Inc. in favor of LaSalle Hotel Operating Partnership, L.P., assigned to Borrower pursuant to that certain Assignment of Note dated as of the date hereof.

  • If any sum is paid to Manager on account of any Basic or Incentive Management Fee after the occurrence and during the continuation of a monetary Event of Default under the Participating Lease or a default under the FF&E Note, such sum shall be promptly redeposited by Manager in the appropriate Hotel Accounts.

  • B Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of any Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto, evidencing the indebtedness of the Borrower to such Lender resulting from a B Advance made by such Lender.

  • New Note shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 38.

  • Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Lender evidencing Loans made by such Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
