Final Event Report definition

Final Event Report means the report prepared after the Event covering the administrative, legal, operations, risk management, marketing, sponsorship, media, economic impact, publicity, highlights of the Event and relevant attendance/participation figures for the Event and other matters Tourism Western Australia considers relevant. Financial statements for the Event must be supplied and certified by the Event Holder's Chief Financial Officer or Accountable Officer confirming that the Sponsorship Amount was used for the Event as per this Sponsorship Agreement. The Final Event Report and financial statements must be satisfactory in all respects to Tourism Western Australia;
Final Event Report means the report prepared after the Event covering the administrative, legal, operations, risk management, marketing, sponsorship, media, economic impact, publicity, highlights of the Event and relevant attendance/participation figures for the Event and other matters the Department considers relevant.   • Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.

  • Monthly Report Determination Date The meaning specified in Section 10.7(a).

  • Final Recovery Determination With respect to any defaulted Mortgage Loan or any REO Property (other than a Mortgage Loan or REO Property purchased by the Responsible Party as contemplated by this Agreement), a determination made by the Servicer that all Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds and other payments or recoveries which the Servicer, in its reasonable good faith judgment, expects to be finally recoverable in respect thereof have been so recovered. The Servicer shall maintain records, prepared by a Servicing Officer, of each Final Recovery Determination made thereby.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Envision Compliance and dated July 3, 2007 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • Major Decision Reporting Package With respect to any Major Decision, (a) a written report prepared by the Special Servicer describing in reasonable detail (i) the background and circumstances requiring action of the Special Servicer, (ii) the proposed course of action recommended, and (iii) information regarding any direct or indirect conflict of interest in the subject action, and (b) all information in the Special Servicer’s possession that is reasonably requested by the party receiving such Major Decision Reporting Package in order for such party to exercise any consultation or consent rights available to such party under this Agreement.

  • Liquidation Report The report with respect to a Liquidated Mortgage Loan in such form and containing such information as is agreed to by the Servicer and the Trustee.

  • Final Report means the report described as a final report in 14 RCW 42.17.080(2).

  • Payment Date Report has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.07(b).

  • Servicer Termination Events (or any analogous term under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement) include customary market termination events with respect to failure to make advances, failure to timely remit payments to the Non-Lead Note Holders as required hereunder or under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement (subject to no more than one business day grace period), failure to timely deposit amounts into any REO Account or to remit to a Servicer for deposit into a related collection or custodial account, failure to deliver (or cause to be delivered) materials or information required in order for each Non-Lead Note Holder or each Non-Lead Depositor to timely comply with its obligations under the Exchange Act, the Securities Act and Form SF-3, and for rating agency downgrades or other triggers with respect to any certificates issued in connection with a Non-Lead Securitization, subject to customary grace periods (provided that, in the case of failures related to the securities laws, such grace periods will not cause a Non-Lead Depositor to fail to comply with the applicable provisions of such securities laws). Upon the occurrence of such a Servicer Termination Event with respect to the Master Servicer affecting a Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder and the Master Servicer is not otherwise terminated pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the Master Servicer shall be required, upon the direction of such Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder, to appoint a subservicer with respect to such Non-Lead Securitization Note. Upon the occurrence of a Servicer Termination Event with respect to the Special Servicer affecting a Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder and the Special Servicer is not otherwise terminated pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the Trustee shall, upon direction of such Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder, terminate the Special Servicer with respect to, but only with respect to, the Mortgage Loan;

  • Payment Date Statement means a report setting forth certain information relating to the Reference Pool, the Notes, the Reference Tranches and the hypothetical structure described in the Prospectus, which shall be in such form as is required under the Prospectus and otherwise as agreed upon between the Issuer and the Global Agent.

  • Delinquency Trigger Event means, for any Collection Period, the aggregate Principal Balance of Delinquent Receivables that have been Delinquent Receivables for 61 days or more as a percentage of the Pool Balance as of the last day of the Collection Period exceeding or being equal to 6.62%.

  • Servicer Termination Event shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or at any time that the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, any analogous concept under the servicing agreement pursuant to which the Mortgage Loan is being serviced in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Event Determination Date means either:

  • Final Acceptance Certificate means the certificate that shall be issued by the Engineer to the Contractor upon the satisfactory completion of the contract by the Contractor.

  • Servicer Termination Notice Defined in Section 6.15.

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Project Report means a summary statement of the likely environmental effects of a proposed development referred to in section 58;

  • Distribution Report The meaning specified in Section 10.7(b).

  • Current Report shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.3.

  • Monthly Progress Report means the report similar in form and content attached hereto as Appendix III.
