Final Wind Report definition

Final Wind Report means the unabridged and unredacted final report concerning the electric energy producing potential of the Site prepared by an independent engineer and which is used by Seller to obtain both:
Final Wind Report means the unabridged and unredacted final report concerning the electric energy producing potential of the Site prepared by an independent engineer and which is used by Seller to obtain both (i) project financing or funding for the Generating Facility and (ii) the final design and binding price quote from the Wind Turbine manufacturer. As set forth in Section 3.11(b)(viii), Seller must provide the Final Wind Report to SCE prior to Initial Synchronization. {SCE Comment: For Wind Only.}
Final Wind Report means the unabridged and unredacted final report concerning the electric energy producing potential of the Site prepared by the Independent Engineer which shall be obtained by Seller as set forth in Section 2.02(d).

Examples of Final Wind Report in a sentence

  • Seller’s Energy Delivery Obligation for the twenty-four (24) month period immediately preceding the end of each Term Year commencing at the end of the second Term Year (“Calculation Period”) must equal one hundred forty percent (140%) of the P-50 Value in the Final Wind Report.

  • The Energy Price is [Dollar amount text] dollars ($[Number]) per MWh. The Energy Price is [Dollar amount text] dollars ($[Number]) per MWh; provided, the Energy Price will be modified if the Final Wind Report Net Capacity Factor is greater than [Number text] percent ([Number] %) such that the Energy Price will be the price in the table in Exhibit R that corresponds to the Final Wind Report Net Capacity Factor.

  • The Energy Price is fifty one dollars and fifty cents ($51.50) per MWh, provided that the price shall be reduced if the Final Wind Report Net Capacity Factor is greater than thirty-six and four-tenths percent (36.40%) such that the Energy Price shall be the price in the table in Exhibit R that corresponds to the Final Wind Report Net Capacity Factor.

  • If the Final Wind Report Net Capacity Factor is not a value expressly set forth in the table in Exhibit R, the Energy Price shall be determined by linear interpolation between the values based upon the scale of the table.

  • Seller shall give SCE Notice of any price reduction below $51.50 per MWh within ten (10) Business Days of SCE’s receipt of the Final Wind Report.

Related to Final Wind Report

  • Founded Reports means the Department's Children, Adults, and Families Division or Law Enforcement Authority (LEA) determination, based on the evidence, that there is reasonable cause to believe that conduct in violation of the child abuse statutes or rules has occurred and such conduct is attributable to the person alleged to have engaged in the conduct.

  • Required Reports Collectively, the Monthly Report, the Servicer’s Certificate required pursuant to Section 6.10(c), the financial statements of the Servicer required pursuant to Section 6.10(d), the annual statements as to compliance required pursuant to Section 6.11, and the annual independent public accountant’s report required pursuant to Section 6.12.

  • Verified Report means the report submitted by the Purchaser to the Head of the Purchaser setting forth its findings as to the existence of grounds or causes for termination and explicitly stating its recommendation for the issuance of a Notice to Terminate.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.

  • Responsible Company means, with respect to any Tax Return, the Company having responsibility for preparing and filing such Tax Return under this Agreement.

  • Increased Reporting Period means the period commencing after the continuance of an Increased Reporting Event and continuing until the date when no Increased Reporting Event has occurred for 30 consecutive days.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Assessment Report : means the assessment report referred to in Articles 32(2) and 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 drawn up by an independent third party fulfilling the requirements of ISO Standard 17011 or by a relevant competent authority, which includes information on document reviews, including the descriptions referred to in Articles 4(3)(b) and 11(3)(b) of this Regulation, on office audits, including critical locations and on risk-oriented witness audits conducted in representative third countries.

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • Mandated reporter means any school personnel who knows or has reason to believe a child is being neglected or physically or sexually abused, or has been neglected or physically or sexually abused within the preceding three years.

  • Monthly Report Determination Date The meaning specified in Section 10.7(a).

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Final Report means the report described as a final report in 14 RCW 42.17.080(2).

  • Post-Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(c).

  • Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.

  • Initial Trip Payment means the first payment made to the Insured’s Travel Supplier toward the cost of the Insured’s Trip.

  • Tax return preparer means any individual described in Section 7701(a)(36) of the Internal Revenue Code and 26 C.F.R. 301.7701-15 .

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.
