Fire Permit definition

Fire Permit means a permit issued by a Fire Guardian pursuant to the Forest and Prairie Protection Act or this Bylaw or both allowing for the setting of outdoor fires, structure fires, incinerator fires, or discharging fireworks within the County.
Fire Permit means a valid permit issued by the Springwater Fire and Emergency Services authorizing an Open Air Fire;
