Fired Hour definition

Fired Hour as applied to a Unit, is an hour or partial hour in which a given Unit was generating at Minimum Load or higher from the time of Start-Up until Shut-Down is initiated as required pursuant to Scheduled Operations.
Fired Hour as applied to a Unit, is an hour in which the Unit was scheduled by Buyer to run from the time Start-Up is completed until Shut-Down is initiated.
Fired Hour means with respect to a Combustion Turbine each hour during which such Combustion Turbine is operating and synchronized to the transmission grid for all or part of such hour.

  • Variable Cost includes the cost of fuel (other than grid energy) and associated GHG cost, Variable O&M (“VOM”) for discharge, Fired Hour Charges for discharge and charge, and/or Start-up Costs for discharge and charge, if applicable, but does not include the market costs for Charging Energy.

  • VOMR(i), - Variable O&M Rate (measured in $/MWh) for year of current month set forth in the Agreement for month i and shall include, if applicable, the Fired Hour Charge (FHC) adjusted to a $/MWh basis.

  • If Delivered Energy at or above Minimum Load pursuant Scheduled Operations reflects a partial hour on-line time, the Fired Hour shall be accounted for as a percentage of that full hour, rounded to two decimal places.

  • FH paymentm = FHCy x ∑ Fired Hour where, ∑ is from h=1 to n ; n = number of hours in month “m”; Fired Hour = an hour in which a given Unit was generating at Minimum Load or higher from the time of Start-Up until the initiation of Shut-Down as required pursuant to Scheduled Operations.

  • PG&E will not consider offers that use indices other than the GDP Implicit Price Deflator For PPAs:  Variable O&M, Fixed O&M, Variable Energy and Fired Hour Charge: A Participant shall indicate in its Offer an initial price for each of these components.

  • Training hour means at least 50 minutes of actual learning, including, but not limited to, time devoted to lecture, learning activities, small group activities, demonstrations, evaluations, and hands-on experience.

  • Clock hour means either of the following:

  • Specialist Physician means a licensed physician who qualifies as an attending physician and who examines a patient at the request of the attending physician or authorized nurse practitioner to aid in evaluation of disability, diagnosis, or provide temporary specialized treatment. A specialist physician may provide specialized treatment for the compensable injury or illness and give advice or an opinion regarding the treatment being rendered, or considered, for a patient’s compensable injury.

  • Tube housing assembly means the tube housing with tube installed. It includes high-voltage and/or filament transformers and other appropriate elements when such are contained within the tube housing.

  • Flight Hour means each hour or part thereof elapsing from the moment at which the wheels of the Aircraft (or other aircraft in the case of Parts or Engines temporarily installed on such other aircraft) leave the ground on the take-off of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) until the wheels of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) touch the ground on the landing of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) following such take-off.

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • Kilowatt-hour or “kWh” shall mean three decimal six million (3.6 10E6) Joule

  • Support Hours means between 8:30am and 5pm during Monday to Friday excluding standard UK Bank Holidays.

  • Clearance System means the principal domestic clearance system customarily used for settling trades with respect to the Underlying as determined by the Calculation Agent acting in accordance with relevant market practice and in good faith.

  • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;

  • Adult abuse means the willful infliction of physical pain, injury or mental anguish or unreasonable

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.

  • Ordinary Hours means the ordinary hours that the Employee is required to work, being 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday inclusive, and which will average 36 hours per week worked over a 4 week cycle. However, ordinary daily hours and/or shifts may be worked outside the span of hours contained herein (see clause 6.1).

  • Busy Line Verification (BLV) means a service whereby an End User requests an operator to confirm the busy status of a line.

  • Medical Specialist means any medical practitioner who is vocationally registered by the Medical Council under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 in one of the approved branches of medicine and who is employed in either that branch of medicine or in a similar capacity with minimal oversight.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Market Hours means the hours during which we are prepared to provide quotes for Our Price and execute Trades and Orders in a Market, as further specified in the Market Information.

  • Assisted amusement device means an amusement device, skill device, or ride

  • Manufactured housing means a structural unit or units designed for occupancy and constructed in a manufacturing facility and transported, by the use of its own chassis or an independent chassis, to a building site. The term includes any type of building that is constructed at a manufacturing facility and transported to a building site where it is used for housing and may be purchased or sold by a dealer in the interim. For purposes of this section, 2 types of manufactured housing are included. Those 2 types are:

  • Training provider means an organization meeting the eligibility conditions as mentioned in Data Sheet and selected in accordance with the criteria set forth for the purpose.

  • Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.

  • Safety Consultant shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.1;

  • Professional land surveyor means a professional land surveyor licensed under ch. 443.
