First Refusal Agreement definition

First Refusal Agreement means the First Refusal Agreement, dated as of the date of the Effective Time, among the Corporation, ALPA, the IAM and the Salaried/Management Employee Director, as amended from time to time.

First Refusal Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated First Refusal Agreement dated as of February 4, 2002, as amended and in effect from time to time, among the Corporation and the investor parties thereto;
