First Trustees definition

First Trustees means those persons named in the statement delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to Section 10 [2] of the act;
First Trustees means the Trustees specified in clause 8.2.1;

More Definitions of First Trustees

First Trustees means the initial Trustees appointed in terms of this Trust Deed immediately following the establishment of the Trust;
First Trustees means those persons appointed as the first Trustees of the Company on incorporation and named in the statement delivered pursuant to sections 9 and 12 of the Companies Act 2006 (and the “first Trustee” means any one such Trustee);
First Trustees means the Trustee/s referred to in clause 25.2.1;
First Trustees means the Trustees described in clause 8.1 hereunder;
First Trustees means the Trustees appointed by the Minister under the provisions of this Decree.

Related to First Trustees

  • Parent Trustees means the Trustees elected or appointed pursuant to Articles 53 – 56 inclusive;

  • Trustees refers to the persons who have signed this Agreement and Declaration of Trust, so long as they continue in office in accordance with the terms hereof, and all other persons who may from time to time be duly elected or appointed to serve on the Board of Trustees in accordance with the provisions hereof, and reference herein to a Trustee or the Trustees shall refer to such person or persons in their capacity as trustees hereunder;

  • the Trustees means the directors of the Academy Trust (and “Trustee” means any one of those directors), subject to the definition of this term at Article 6.9 (e) in relation to Articles 6.2-6.9;

  • unit trust means any trust established for the purpose, or having the effect, of providing facilities for the participation by persons as beneficiaries under a trust, in profits or income arising from the acquisition, holding, management or disposal of securities or any other property.
