Fit-Out Guide definition

Fit-Out Guide means the manual to be obtained by the Tenant from the Landlord or Management Company for the purpose of Fitting Out Works which contains the guidelines and regulations, including any additional payments to the Landlord or the Building Management Company to be strictly complied with by the Tenant;
Fit-Out Guide means the Cushman & Wakefield Guide to Sustainable Office Fit-Out for the Building (October 2015) a copy of which was supplied to the Tenant before it became bound to enter into this Lease and/or any other reasonable fit-out regulations made by the Landlord or the Management Company at any time.
Fit-Out Guide means the handbook produced by or on behalf of the Landlord containing procedures and regulations governing tenants’ fitting out works at the Building at Annexure W;

More Definitions of Fit-Out Guide

Fit-Out Guide means the Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxxxx Guide to Sustainable Office Fit-Out for the Building (October 2015) a copy of which was supplied to the Tenant before it became bound to enter into this Lease and/or any other reasonable fit-out regulations made by the Landlord or the Management Company at any time.
Fit-Out Guide means the rules and regulations as may be imposed by the Landlord and/or the Management governing any design, fit out and/or renovation works as may be carried out to be complied with by the Tenant as enumerated in a manual guide, a copy of which is annexed herewith as Appendix III. “Fit Out/Renovation Works” means all works in relation to the partitioning, additions, installations, decorating, design, fitting-out, refurbishment, alterations, renovations and/or construction of or to the Demised Premises or any part thereof and/or the mechanical and/or electrical services to and/or the pipes, wires, cables or other apparatus constructed affixed installed or laid in or under or through the Demised Premises.
