Manager may pay itself, or the Prior Manager, the Fixed Management Fee on the tenth (10th) day of each calendar month in an amount equal to the Management Fee for the immediately preceding month.
In the event that there are not sufficient Market Receipts to pay the Fixed Management Fee in full for any calendar month, then such unpaid Fixed Management Fee or portion thereof shall accrue without interest and be paid pursuant to this Section 7.1.1 at such time as there are sufficient Market Receipts to pay the amount of the unpaid Fixed Management Fee.
