Fixed Mode definition

Fixed Mode means the Interest Mode during which the 2002 Series B Bonds bear interest at the Fixed Rate.
Fixed Mode means with respect to the Bonds the mode of accruing interest at the Fixed Rate.
Fixed Mode means an Interest Mode during which the interest rate on the Bonds in such Interest Mode is the Fixed Rate.

  • In any event, notice of redemption shall be given by the University to the Registrar who shall give notice to DTC at least 20 days prior to the proposed date of redemption during the Term Mode or Fixed Mode and at least 15 days prior to the proposed date of redemption during any other Mode.

  • Any Fixed Mode for the 2002 Series B Bonds shall extend to the stated maturity date of the 2002 Series B Bonds.


More Definitions of Fixed Mode

Fixed Mode means an Interest Mode designated as such in a Mode Adjustment Notice and extending from the Fixed Rate Conversion Date to the final maturity date of the Bonds.
Fixed Mode means the Mode in which a Series of the Notes bears interest at a Fixed Rate or Fixed Rates.
Fixed Mode means the mode in which the Bonds bear interest at a Fixed Rate.
Fixed Mode means the period of time when Bonds of a Subseries bear interest at a Fixed Rate.

Fixed Mode means the period of time, which shall end on the Maturity Date, during which any Bonds bear interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Capitation rate means the fee the department pays monthly to an HMO for each enrolled recipient for the provision of covered medical and health services whether or not the enrolled recipient received services during the month for which the fee is intended.

  • Permitted Modifications As defined in Section 2.02(a) of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Reference Interest Rate Replacement Adjustment means the first alternative set forth in the order below that can be determined by the Issuer or its designee as of the Reference Interest Rate Replacement Date:
