Fixed Rate Provisions definition

Fixed Rate Provisions means Condition 5 (Fixed Rate Provisions).
Fixed Rate Provisions means the provisions applying to the Fixed Rate Covered Bonds, as may be specified in the relevant Final Terms.

Related to Fixed Rate Provisions

  • Interest Rate Protection Agreement means any interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement, interest collar agreement, interest rate hedging agreement or other similar agreement or arrangement.

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Special Rate Period with respect to the VRDP Shares, has the meaning specified in paragraph (a) of Section 4 of Part I of the Articles Supplementary.
