Fixing Business Day definition

Fixing Business Day means a day other than a Saturday or a Sunday on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payments and are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in Mumbai.
Fixing Business Day means a day which is both (i) a U.S. Government Securities Business Day and (ii) a London Business Day.

  • If on the final Fixing Business Day of the Suspension Period no such determination has been made, then two Fixing Business Days thereafter, Party A shall pay the balance of the scheduled payment that was otherwise due by it under this Transaction.

  • In such event, the Reference Rate will be determined on the next Fixing Business Day after theMaximum Days of Postponement (which will, subject to the provisions relating to Fallback Survey Valuation Postponement, be deemed to be the applicable Rate Fixing Date) in accordance with the next applicable Price Source Disruption Event Fallback.

  • If such date is not a Fixing Business Day the next succeeding Fixing Business Day shall be the Final Fixing Date.
