Fleet Agent definition

Fleet Agent means Fleet Bank, National Association, in its capacity as co-agent for the Banks hereunder, and its permitted successors in such capacity in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Neither the Morgxx Xxxnt nor the Fleet Agent shall incur any liability by acting in reliance upon any notice, consent, certificate, statement, or other writing (which may be a bank wire, telex or similar writing) believed by it to be genuine or to be signed by the proper party or parties.

  • Each Bank irrevocably appoints and authorizes the Fleet Agent to take such action as agent on its behalf and to exercise such powers under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as are delegated to the Fleet Agent by the terms hereof or thereof, together with all such powers as are reasonably incidental thereto.

  • Each Bank shall, in accordance with Section 2.4(b), make available its share of such Borrowing to Fleet Agent, the proceeds of which shall be applied directly by Fleet Agent to reimburse Fronting Bank for the amount of such draw.
