FleetCo Security Documents means (taking account of the fact that certain documents will only be entered into and/or be effective after the date hereof):

FleetCo Security Documents means the Dutch Security Documents, the French Security Documents, the German Security Documents and/or the Spanish Security Documents, as applicable.

Examples of FleetCo Security Documents in a sentence

  • In the event that the Issuer Security Trustee determines to take action pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence, the Issuer Security Trustee may institute legal proceedings for the appointment of a receiver or receivers to take possession of some or all of the Eligible Vehicles pending the sale thereof, and the Issuer Security Trustee may institute legal proceedings for the appointment of a receiver or receivers pursuant to the powers of sale granted by the FleetCo Security Documents.

  • Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Agreement and the Dutch Share Pledge Agreement and any other Security Document governed by Dutch law.

  • Security Documents means the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Facility Guarantee, and each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document that creates a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure any of the Obligations.

  • First Lien Security Documents means the Security Documents and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a lien is granted or purported to be granted securing First Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such liens are governed, in each case to the extent relating to the collateral securing the First Lien Obligations.

  • Security Document means each of the Trust Deed, the Margin Account Security Agreement and any Additional Security Document.

  • Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Security Agreement, each of the Mortgages, collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreements, intellectual property security agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 6.11 or Section 6.13, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Credit Agreement Collateral Documents means the Security Agreement, the other Collateral Documents (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and each other agreement entered into in favor of the Credit Agreement Collateral Agent for the purpose of securing any Credit Agreement Obligations.
