Flight Dispatcher definition

Flight Dispatcher means a qualified employee who is regularly assigned the responsibility of exercising operational control over Company flights, in accordance with the Flight Operations Manual, the Canadian Aviation Regulations and the Flight Dispatch Standard Operating Procedures Manual.

Flight Dispatcher means a person who holds a flight dispatcher licence or certificate from another Contracting State;
