Floating Interest Period definition

Floating Interest Period means each period from and including the First Call Date to but excluding the first Floating Interest Payment Date and thereafter from and including each Floating Interest Payment Date to but excluding the next following Floating Interest Payment Date.
Floating Interest Period means each three-month period of each year, beginning June 30, 2027.
Floating Interest Period means the period beginning on, and including, 26 September 2027 and ending on, and including, the first Floating Interest Payment Date and the successive period beginning on, but excluding, a Floating Interest Payment Date and ending on, and including, the next succeeding Floating Interest Payment Date.

  • Each Interest Amount and Interest Payment Date so notified may subsequently be amended (or appropriate alternative arrangements made by way of adjustment) without notification as aforesaid in the event of an extension or shortening of the Floating Interest Period.

  • Where ISDA Determination is specified in the applicable Final Terms as the manner in which the Rate of Interest is to be determined, the Rate of Interest for each Floating Interest Period will be the relevant ISDA Rate plus or minus (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms) the Margin (if any).

  • If the applicable Final Terms specifies a minimum Rate of Interest for any Floating Interest Period, then, in the event that the Rate of Interest in respect of any such Floating Interest Period determined in accordance with the above provisions is less than such minimum Rate of Interest, the Rate of Interest for such Floating Interest Period shall be such minimum Rate of Interest.

  • If the Reference Interest Rate cannot be determined in accordance with the foregoing provisions the Issuer will determine the Reference Interest Rate for the relevant Floating Interest Period at its equitable discretion according to § 317 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch) ("BGB").

  • Such interest will be payable in respect of each Floating Interest Period.


More Definitions of Floating Interest Period

Floating Interest Period means, with respect to the Floating Rate Notes, each period from and including a Floating Rate Note Reset Date to but excluding the immediately subsequent Floating Rate Note Reset Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) the first Floating Interest Period shall begin on the date of the Closing and end on September 9, 2022 and (b) the final Floating Interest Period shall end on, and exclude the earlier of (x) the respective date on which the principal amount of the Notes are paid in full and (y) December 9, 2025.
Floating Interest Period means the period from and including each Interest Payment Date commencing on the Interest Reset Date to but excluding the next succeeding Interest Payment Date or, in the case of the final Interest Payment Date, the Maturity Date or if Debentures are redeemed prior to the Maturity Date, the date of redemption of such Debentures, as applicable;
Floating Interest Period means each three-month period beginning on each Floating Interest Payment Date.
