Flown Hours definition

Flown Hours means for each of the Blade Flights that are completed as scheduled and agreed upon: (x) for Blade Flights between (i) Nice and Monaco, the corresponding Key Route Flight Time detailed in the Contract Period Key Terms Scheduled, attached hereto as Schedule A, and (ii) Key Routes other than between Nice and Monaco, the actual duration of time between the respective Aircraft’s takeoff and landing, not including any time such Aircraft is on the ground idling, which the Parties acknowledge shall be reasonably similar to the Key Route Flight Times detailed in the Contract Period Key Terms Scheduled, attached hereto as Schedule A, and (y) the Standard Flight Times, which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall be derived from the actual duration of time between the respective Aircraft’s takeoff and landing, and shall not include any time such Aircraft is on the ground idling. It shall include Blade Flights that are cancelled or modified after the Aircraft has departed, in which case the Flown Hours for such Blade Flight shall be calculated as the greater of: (A) the actual flight time for such Blade Flights based on the Hobbs Meter of such Aircraft or (B) the Key Route Flight Times (or, if applicable, the Standard Flight Times), as detailed in the Contract Period Key Terms Schedule and attached hereto as Scheduled A, for such Blade Flights.

It shall include Blade Flights that are cancelled or modified after the Aircraft has departed, in which case the Flown Hours for such Blade Flight shall be calculated as the greater of: (A) the actual flight time for such Blade Flights based on the Xxxxx Meter of such Aircraft or (B) the Key Route Flight Times (or, if applicable, the Standard Flight Times), as detailed in the Contract Period Key Terms Schedule and attached hereto as Scheduled A, for such Blade Flights.

Related to Flown Hours

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.

  • Clock hours means the actual number of hours or time a participant spends attending the instructional portion of a training designed to develop or enhance early care and education or school–age care competencies.

  • Service Hours means the amount of time (measured in hours or fractions thereof) a Unit is Delivering Energy or Ancillary Services pursuant to a Dispatch Notice.

  • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;

  • Man Hours means the hours spent by the Supplier Personnel properly working on the provision of the Goods and/or Services including time spent travelling (other than to and from the Supplier's offices, or to and from the Sites) but excluding lunch breaks;

  • Hours means clock hours.

  • Support Hours means between 8:30am and 5pm during Monday to Friday excluding standard UK Bank Holidays.

  • Ordinary Hours means 38 hours per week within the spread of hours which may be averaged over a 12 month period.

  • On-Peak Hours means Hour Ending (“HE”) 0800 through HE 2300 EPT, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and PJM holidays.

  • Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.

  • Kilowatt-hour or “kWh” shall mean three decimal six million (3.6 10E6) Joule

  • office hours means the period beginning at 10:00 a.m. of a day and ending at 4:30 p.m. of the same day.

  • Contact hour means an hour of training received through direct instruction.

  • Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. in the relevant location on a Business Day.

  • Normal Working Hours means 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, excluding PBI-observed U.S. holidays, in the time zone where the Equipment or other items are located.

  • Flight Hour means each hour or part thereof elapsing from the moment at which the wheels of the Aircraft (or other aircraft in the case of Parts or Engines temporarily installed on such other aircraft) leave the ground on the take-off of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) until the wheels of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) touch the ground on the landing of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) following such take-off.

  • Labor hours means the total hours of workers receiving an hourly wage who are directly employed on the site of a building improvement or public works project. "Labor hours" includes hours performed by workers employed by the general contractor and all subcontractors working on the project. "Labor hours" does not include hours worked by foremen, superintendents, project managers, project engineers, and owners.

  • Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and

  • Clock hour means either of the following:

  • Classroom hour means 50 minutes of instruction out of

  • Training hour means at least 50 minutes of actual learning, including, but not limited to, time devoted to lecture, learning activities, small group activities, demonstrations, evaluations, and hands-on experience.

  • Flight means any flight demonstration, flight test, taxi test, or other flight made in the performance of this contract, of for the purpose of safeguarding the aircraft, or previously approved in writing by the Contracting Officer.

  • Working Days means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales; and

  • Business Days and Hours means Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time, except for holidays observed by the state of Washington.
