FLSA Class Period definition

FLSA Class Period means the period of time from October 30, 2017 through the date of entry of the Preliminary Approval Order for the Xxxxxx Agreement.
FLSA Class Period is the period beginning April 10, 2012 through the date of Final Approval.

  • Class Final Distribution Date means, as applicable, the Class A-1 Final Distribution Date, the Class A-2a Final Distribution Date, the Class A-2b Final Distribution Date, the Class A-3 Final Distribution Date, the Class A-4 Final Distribution Date, the Class B Final Distribution Date, the Class C Final Distribution Date or the Class D Final Distribution Date, as the context requires.

  • Class X Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount of interest that has accrued on the Class X Notional Balance, as described in the Preliminary Statement, but that has not been distributed prior to such date.
