FLSA RELEASING PERSONS definition

FLSA RELEASING PERSONS means each and every FLSA Settlement Class Member and her respective heirs, beneficiaries, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, trustees, conservators, guardians, estates, personal representatives, successors-in-interest and assigns, who opted into the FLSA Settlement Class by timely submitting a valid Claim Form.
FLSA RELEASING PERSONS means each and every FLSA SETTLEMENT CLASS member who timely files a CLAIM FORM and a W-9 FORM and their respective heirs, beneficiaries, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, trustees, conservators, guardians, personal representatives, successors-in-interest and assigns.

Utah); (ii) claims relating to the enforcement of the Settlement; or (iii) any claims of any person or entity who or which submits a request for exclusion that is accepted by the Court.
