Forbearance Agreements definition

Forbearance Agreements means all of the forbearance letter agreements between CF and Borrower identified and set forth in Schedule “2” attached hereto.
Forbearance Agreements as that term is defined in the 2/1/05 Forbearance Agreement. In addition, the following capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
Forbearance Agreements means any forbearance, standstill or modification agreements relating to Mortgage Indebtedness executed on or prior to the Closing Date or pending as of the Closing Date and hereafter executed in connection with the COVID-19 Pandemic or such other forbearance agreement contemplated by Section 2.01(c).
