A-D Sample Clauses

A-D. For site visitation scheduling purposes and/or the establishment of areas of evaluation, a conference between the evaluatee and the evaluation committee may occur at the request of the evaluatee prior to the first site visitation. Such request shall not be unduly denied.

A-D. E.C.E. shall have the right to access the personnel file in its entirety and to contest in writing, to the Human Resources Department, the contents, and the accuracy of any information contained in the personnel file and have the same recorded in the D.E.C.E. personnel file.
A-D. E.C.E. who is administratively transferred may participate in the posting process.
A-D. E.C.E. with less than one (1) year of service shall be entitled to four (4%) percent vacation pay.
A-D. E.C.E. shall be entitled to adoption leave in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.
A-D. E.C.E.'s name will remain on a recall list until either the D.E.C.E. loses all seniority or the D.E.C.E. is recalled, the D.E.C.E. accepts another position within the bargaining unit or the D.E.C.E. requests (in writing) removal from the list.
A-D. E.C.E. shall make written application to the Board on or before March 31st of the school year prior to that in which the deferred leave plan is to commence, requesting approval for participation in the DSLP, and specifying salary deferral desired.

A-D. 51 12.4 The following schedule will be followed for evaluation purposes:
A-D. E.C.E.’s parental leave ends 35 weeks after it began, if the D.E.C.E. also took pregnancy leave and 37 weeks after it began, otherwise, or such shorter period as the D.E.C.E. may request. (b) The parental leave of a D.E.C.E. who takes a pregnancy leave must begin when the pregnancy leave ends unless the child has not yet come into the custody, care and control of a parent for the first time.
A-D. E.C.E. wishing to return to work prior to the end of the approved leave, shall submit such request in writing to the Board. Such request must be submitted no later than ten (10) working days prior to the return to work date. The Board shall endeavour to assign that returning D.E.C.E. to a suitable position where practical. If a position is not available, the D.E.C.E. shall be given the next available position that becomes available. If the D.E.C.E. declines the position, the D.E.C.E. will remain on leave for the remainder of the original leave
