Foreign Policy definition

Foreign Policy means a policy that is not a Trinidad and Tobago policy and includes—
Foreign Policy means the standard insurance policy (including all mandatory endorsements, if any) approved by the Insurer for use within a Foreign Jurisdiction that provides coverage substantially similar to the coverage afforded by a purchased coverage section under this Policy, but shall not include any commercial general liability, property or similar insurance policy.
Foreign Policy means the standard executive managerial liability policy (including all mandatory endorsements, if any) approved by the Insurer or any of its affiliates to be sold within a Foreign Jurisdiction that provides coverage substantially similar to the coverage afforded under this policy. If more than one such policy exists, then Foreign Policy means the standard basis policy form most recently offered for sale for comparable risks by the Insurer or any of its affiliates in that Foreign Jurisdiction. Foreign Policy shall not include any partnership managerial, pension trust or professional liability coverage.

Foreign Policy means the standard directors and officers liability policy (including all mandatory endorsements, if any) approved by the Insurer for use within a Foreign Jurisdiction that provides coverage substantially similar to the coverage afforded under this Policy. The term “Foreign Policy” shall not include any partnership, pension trust or professional liability policy or similar coverage.
Foreign Policy means the Insurer's or any other company of American International Group, Inc.'s ("AIG") standard executive managerial liability policy (including any directors and officers, partnership, managerial, employment practices liability fiduciary or pension trust liability policy and all mandatory endorsements to such policies, if any) approved by AIG to be sold within a Foreign Jurisdiction that provides coverage substantially similar to the coverage afforded under this Policy. If more than one such policy exists, then "Foreign Policy" means the standard basic policy form typically offered for sale in that Foreign Jurisdiction for comparable risks by the Insurer or any other company of AIG. The term "Foreign Policy" shall not include any professional liability coverage, also known as errors and omissions coverage.
Foreign Policy means any written contract of insurance including annuity contracts issued, effected or ordinarily situated outside of Trinidad and Tobago at the time the policy was issued and includes contracts of insurance issued by overseas branches of local insurers and the term “foreign policyholder” shall be construed accordingly;
