Foreign Securities Market definition

Foreign Securities Market means one or more of the principal or secondary exchanges for the public trading of equity securities in any of Hong Kong, Tokyo or Singapore.
Foreign Securities Market means a juristic person that is established according to foreign law, which can provide service of a securities market, or securities trading center, or futures contract trading center according to the law of the said country under the supervision of the authority or agency that supervises the securities or bonds.
