Foreperson Grade 2 definition

Foreperson Grade 2 means a person appointed as such who is not required to hold Certificate in Horticulture from Bentley Technical College or other equivalent qualifications, and who is placed in charge of one or more Leading Hands, and or one or more Senior Gardeners.
