Leading Hands. (1) In addition to the appropriate Ordinary Weekly Wage Rate prescribed in Clause 12 – Wage Rates of this Agreement a leading hand appointed in writing as such by the Company, shall be paid one of the following all purpose allowances in accordance with the table below:- On commencement of this Agreement:
