Forestry Contractors definition

Forestry Contractors means contractors engaged in harvesting, silviculture and cut block and road layout.
Forestry Contractors means those Creditors listed under Class 4 in Schedule 1 attached hereto;

(d) where carrying out annual monitoring under subsection (c) indicates that a Disturbed Area is not Satisfactorily Re-Vegetated, reseed the area until Satisfactorily Re-vegetated;

Examples of Forestry Contractors in a sentence

  • Forestry Contractors must wear a properly adjusted full-body harness connected to an appropriate lanyard when working from an aerial lift.

  • Under the Owner Drivers and Forestry Contractors Act 2005, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ must give a Contractor an Information Booklet and a copy of the most recently published rates and costs schedule applicable to the Contractor’s class of vehicle at least three business days before: • the Contractor is engaged, if the Contractor will be engaged for a period of at least 30 days; or • on the thirtieth day, if the Contractor is engaged for a total period of at least 30 days in any three month period.

  • Forestry Contractors must instead wear natural fiber clothing when working within 10 feet of energized equipment.

Related to Forestry Contractors

  • Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.

  • Specialty contractor means a person who is licensed to conduct business as described in subsection 4 of NRS 624.215.

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;

  • Approved Contractor means an “Approved Contractor” specified in the Key Details.

  • City contractor means any person that enters into an agreement with the City to furnish products or services to or for the City.
