Forestry Contractors definition

Forestry Contractors means contractors engaged in harvesting, silviculture and cut block and road layout.

However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.
