Form of Bid definition

Form of Bid means collectively, the Letter of Technical Proposal (as defined in the Bidding Documents) and the Letter of Financial Proposal (as defined in the Request for Proposals Documents).

Form of Bid means the document entitled Form of Bid, which was completed by the Contractor and includes the signed offer to the Employer for the works. “Employer’s Requirement” means the document entitled Employer‟s Requirement, as included in the Contract, and any additions and modifications to the Employer‟s Requirement in accordance with the Contract. Such document specifies the Works. “Drawings” means the drawings of the Works, as included in the Contract, and any additional and modified drawings issued by (or on behalf of) the Employer in accordance with the Contract. “Schedules” means the document(s) entitled schedules, completed by the Contractor and submitted with the Form of Bid, as included in the Contract. Such document may include the Bill of Quantities, data, lists, and schedules of rates and/or prices. “Bid” means the Form of Bid and all other documents which the Contractor submitted with the Form of Bid, as included in the Contract. “Bill of Quantities” and “Day Work Schedule” and “Schedule of Payment Currencies” mean the documents so named (if any) which are comprised in the Schedules.

Related to Form of Bid

  • Form of Acceptance means the Form of formal acceptance, signed by the Procuring Entity, of the Form of Tender, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties. If there is no such Form of acceptance, the expression “Form of Acceptance” means the Contract Agreement and the date of issuing or receiving the Form of Acceptance means the date of signing the Contract Agreement.

  • Form of Tender means the form of tender in Part C – Form of Tender to this ITT on which Tenderers are to complete their Tenders;

  • Exhibit D means Exhibit D to the Judgment;

  • Price List means any price list(s) issued by SAP for the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model setting out the available software, services and the prices or fees as further defined in the in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
