Formal Level 2. If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Xxxxx 0, the grievance shall, within five (5) days after the meeting with the immediate Supervisor, be transmitted to the Superintendent or designee. Within seven (7) days after the grievance has been submitted to the Superintendent, the Superintendent or designee shall meet with the Association and the grievant(s) on the grievance. The Superintendent or designee, within five (5) days after the conclusion of the meeting, shall render his/her written decision thereon with copies to the Association and the grievant(s).
