The Format Fee will be an amount equal to 10% of the fee the Writer would have received upon first Transmission or repeat Transmission had the Writer written the Script or if greater, of the amount received by the highest paid writer.
On expiry of the initial six month SCTW, further SCTWs may be purchased subject to the payment on Transmission of 10% of the Format Fee.
