Former Eligible Employee definition

Former Eligible Employee means an employee of a Participating Company who, as of any relevant date, does not satisfy the requirements of an "Eligible Employee" but who previously met such requirements under the Plan or the Prior Plan.
Former Eligible Employee means an individual who has ceased to be actively employed by a Participating Company for any reason but who, immediately preceding his termination of employment, was an Eligible Employee.
Former Eligible Employee means an Employee who was an Eligible Employee immediately prior to his or her Cessation of Participation Date.

  • An Account shall be established for each Outside Director, Former Outside Director, Eligible Employee, Former Eligible Employee, Successor-in-Interest or Permitted Transferee when such Person becomes a Participant.

  • Designated Employee means an employee who has been designated by the school to receive complaints of hazing, harassment and bullying pursuant to subdivision 16 V.S.A. 570a(a)(7). The designated employees for each school building are identified in Appendix A of this policy.
