Either party may propose at any time that this Franchise Ordinance be amended.
It shall also be unlawful for any Person to provide Cable Television Service in City unless such Person shall have first obtained and shall currently hold a valid Franchise Ordinance.
This Franchise Ordinance shall be known and cited as the Cable Television Franchise Ordinance.
Grantee shall be responsible for payment of all costs and expense of publishing this Franchise Ordinance and any amendments thereof.
