Free Transfer Period definition

Free Transfer Period means the period from January 1, 2014, through June 30, 2016.
Free Transfer Period has the meaning attributed to that term in Section 12.6;
Free Transfer Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(e).

More Definitions of Free Transfer Period

Free Transfer Period means the sixty (60) day period following the expiration of the time provided in Section 6.2.1 of this Agreement for election to purchase by Remaining Transferee Stockholders, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement.
Free Transfer Period means the period ending at 5:00 p.m. (local time at the Company’s principal executive office) on the first Business Day following the expiration of ninety (90) days from the expiration of the Offeree Option Period (as defined in (v) below).

Related to Free Transfer Period

  • Transfer Period means a period of 10 Working Days before a Customer’s order can be activated;

  • Allowance transfer deadline means midnight of January 30 or, if January 30 is not a business day, midnight of the first business day thereafter and is the deadline by which allowances may be submitted for recordation in an affected unit’s compliance subaccount for the purposes of meeting the unit’s acid rain emissions limitation requirements for sulfur dioxide for the previous calendar year.

  • Non-Transfer Event means any event or other changes in circumstances other than a purported Transfer, including, without limitation, any change in the value of any Shares.

  • Notification Period has the meaning given to such term in Clause 3.10(b) or 3.10(c) of the Gold Bullion Terms, as the case may be.

  • Repurchase Period means a period of 90 consecutive days commencing on the date when the Optionee’s Service terminates for any reason, including (without limitation) death or disability.

  • Free look period means the period of time during which a borrower may cancel a guaranteed asset protection waiver without penalty, fees, or costs to the borrower.   • Defects Notification Period means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 11.1 [Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects], which extends over 365 days except if otherwise stated in the SCC (with any extension under Sub-Clause 11.3 [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is completed as certified under Sub-Clause 10.1[Taking Over of the Works and Sections].

  • Start-up Period means up to 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age range of the Academy will have some pupils present).

  • Call Option Period has the meaning given to it in Condition 6.04 (Call Option);

  • Qualifying Period means 12 continuous Calendar Weeks during the whole or part of which the Agency Worker is supplied by one or more Temporary Work Agencies to the relevant Hirer to work temporarily for and under the supervision and direction of the relevant Hirer in the same role, and as further defined in the Schedule to these Terms;

  • Inspection Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and expiring at 5:00 p.m. eastern time on the forty-fifth day after the Effective Date.
