Freight Operator definition

Freight Operator means the person nominated as the Freight Operator for the purposes of this agreement by notice in writing from the Commonwealth Minister to the State Minister given at any time prior to the Effective Date;
Freight Operator has the meaning given to it in Schedule 6.2A (Committed Obligations);
Freight Operator means the person, firm or company stated in the preamble to this Framework Agreement;

Prudent Operating Practice is not intended to be limited to the optimum practice, method or act to the exclusion of all others, but rather to acceptable practices, methods or acts generally accepted in the industry with respect to grid-interconnected, utility-scale generating facilities with integrated storage in the Western United States. Prudent Operating Practice includes compliance with applicable Laws, applicable reliability criteria, and the criteria, rules and standards promulgated in the National Electric Safety Code and the National Electrical Code, as they may be amended or superseded from time to time, including the criteria, rules and standards of any successor organizations.

  • Producers means the agents, general agents, sub-agents, brokers, wholesale brokers, independent contractors, consultants, affinity groups, insurance solicitors, producers or other Persons who sell the Insurance Contracts.

  • Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Transportation network company means a company or organization facilitating and/or providing transportation services using a computer or digital application or platform to connect or match passengers with drivers for compensation or a fee.
