Fuel Equipment definition

Fuel Equipment means all fuel fixtures and equipment now attached to or used in connection with the Owned Real Properties and Leased Real Properties, including without limitation, all petroleum pumps and dispensers, underground and aboveground fuel storage tanks, canopies, fuel lines, fittings and connections used in the Ordinary Course of Business at the Owned Real Properties and Leased Real Properties to receive, store and/or dispense fuels.
Fuel Equipment means all fuel fixtures and equipment attached or affixed to, located at, or used or held for use in connection with the Station Properties, including all petroleum pumps and dispensers, dispenser pans or under-dispenser containers and overfill sumps, vapor recovery equipment, automatic tank gauges, leak detectors, underground and aboveground fuel storage tanks and associated piping, fuel lines, fittings and connections and other related equipment of Sellers used or held for use or located at the Station Properties.
Fuel Equipment has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(d).

Examples of Fuel Equipment in a sentence

  • Sellers shall discuss with Buyers any Fuel Equipment Repairs to be made prior to making such Fuel Equipment Repairs so as to facilitate the installation of any upgrades or other improvements not required hereunder that may be contemplated or desired by Buyers.

  • Any such additional upgrades or improvements desired by Buyers would be done at Buyers’ incremental expense (i.e., above the cost of the Fuel Equipment Repairs to be otherwise performed by Sellers hereunder).

  • Sellers shall use their commercially reasonable efforts to complete such Fuel Equipment Repairs prior to the Closing Date.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Schedule 1.1(ii) (Assumed Contracts), Schedule 1.1(xii) (Title Policy), Schedule 2.7 (Assigned Drop Value), Schedule 4.3 (No Violation; Third Party Consents), Schedule 5.5(b)(i) (Fuel Equipment Inspections and Repairs) and Schedule 5.11(a) (Restricted Areas) do not constitute Sellers’ Disclosure Schedules, and Sellers shall have no right to revise them.

  • Seller shall, at its expense, make any repairs necessary to permit the Fuel Equipment Tests to be properly conducted.

  • Sellers shall arrange to have the Fuel Equipment Inspections performed in accordance with the timetable as reasonably agreed by Buyers and Sellers.

  • Sellers shall promptly, at their expense, complete any Fuel Equipment Repairs (i.e., repair any identified problems that, absent immediate repair, could result in Contamination or require tank replacement and those repairs required to comply with applicable Laws and Standards).

  • Sellers shall provide Buyers with a copy of the Fuel Equipment Contractors’ final report for each Station Property promptly after the reports are issued, subject to Buyers’ agreement to maintain confidentiality and return or destroy, at Buyers’ election, all such reports if this Agreement is terminated.

  • The Global Stipulation also provides that the Company would withdraw its Dual Fuel Equipment Rider but may propose such a mechanism no sooner than in its next base rate case.

Fuel Equipment means all fuel fixtures and equipment attached to or used in connection with the Properties at Closing, including all petroleum pumps and dispensers, underground and aboveground fuel storage tanks, canopies, point of sale systems, electronic price signs, fuel lines, fittings and connections used in the Ordinary Course of Business at the Properties to receive, store or dispense fuels, to the extent any of the foregoing are owned by Seller.
Fuel Equipment means all fuel fixtures and equipment, including all petroleum pumps and dispensers, dispenser pans or under-dispenser containers and overfill sumps, vapor recovery equipment, automatic tank gauges, leak detectors, underground and aboveground fuel storage tanks and associated piping, canopies, point of sale systems, electronic price signs, fuel lines, fittings and connections and other related equipment primarily used or primarily held for use in connection with the Business or attached to or affixed to, located at, or used or held for use at any Business Real Property.
Fuel Equipment has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(d). “Fuel Taxes” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(d). “Independent Auditor” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1. “Inventory” has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b). “Inventory Value” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Accessory equipment means any equipment associated with the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility, including but not limited to cabling, generators, fans, air conditioning units, electrical panels, equipment shelters, equipment cabinets, equipment buildings, pedestals, meters, vaults, splice boxes, and surface location markers.

  • BT Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, owned by or licensed to BT Group that is located at a Site for the provision of a Service.

Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;
