Fuel Storage definition

Fuel Storage means a tank for the bulk storage of petroleum, gasoline, fuel, oil, gas or inflammable liquid or fluid but does not include a container for inflammable liquid or fluid legally and properly kept in a retail store or a tank for storage merely incidental to some other use of the premises where such tank is located;
